Lead Artisans

The term, "Co-Creative Needlepoint," developed by EXTREME Needlepointtm Founder Sarah Greene and the team of Lead Artisans, refers to a design method and canvas production process that transfers trademarks, logos and symbols to hand-stitched needlepoint textiles with precision and repeatable accuracy. Sarah developed this method to offer our Partnering Communities consistently accurate finished canvases, regardless of the needlepoint-experience-level of the customer.

Drawing, in part, on the stitch-patterning practices of the "Cross Stitch" industry and adding digital design tools that facilitate scaling patterns across a range of canvas sizes, our "Co-Creative Needlepoint"  method translates seamlessly to both very small, beginner-friendly products (such as our Bag Tag/Key Fob/Ornament Kit) as well as larger, more challenging products (such as our Belt and Dog Collar Kit.)

But the most critical component of "Co-Creative Needlepoint" is our local artisan team that precisely shapes and centers the brand-specific elements of each logo, and then passes the needle over to our customers for a satisfying stitching experience. Working in collaboration we can ensure success for our customers and accuracy for our Partnering Communities, confident that the final outcome will delight all who see it.
